Jefferson Chen is a tax director in the Costa Mesa office of Marcum LLP.

Mr. Chen has many years of experience in tax planning and consulting, controversy support, and tax compliance for both public and privately held clients. This work includes experience serving investment partnerships, real estate funds, alternative investments, and closely held flow-through entities. He provides technical experience and advises clients on tax efficient structures that take advantage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2018.

Prior to joining Marcum LLP, Mr. Chen has worked for “Big Four” accounting firms in the Southern California Region.
