About Michael

Michael Lenkowski is a partner in the Transaction Advisory Services Group and Tax & Business Services division. He specializes in tax, accounting services, and transaction services for privately held businesses. His industry experience includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, professional services, technology companies, food & beverage, and life science & biotech companies.

Michael is a leader in the New England region Transaction Advisory Services Group. He drives key services to his clients including both buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings engagements, assistance with related financial and tax due diligence, transactional tax planning, tax structuring, and tax modeling. His expertise in equity structure, equity awards, compensation, organizational planning, and succession planning helps address business’s needs by providing innovative and feasible strategies focused on compliance and tax savings. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, international operations, and reporting requirements in the U.S., and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPS).
